How to add your own domain to a Zenith app
Map your own custom domain to any app you host on Zenith. Point your DNS once, and Zenith issues and renews the HTTPS certificate for you — no config files, no certbot.
1.Deploy the app first
You need a running deployment before you can map a domain. Deploy any app from the catalogue; it comes up on a Zenith subdomain you can use straight away, and you can add your own domain whenever you're ready.
2.Add your domain in the dashboard
Open the deployment and go to its domain settings. Enter the domain or subdomain you own — something like app.yourcompany.com — and Zenith shows you the DNS record to add.
3.Point your DNS
Add the record Zenith gives you at your domain registrar (wherever you bought the domain). That's the one change you make on your side; it tells the internet your domain is served by Zenith.
4.HTTPS is handled for you
Once your DNS resolves, Zenith issues the TLS certificate automatically and keeps it renewed. Your app is live on your own domain over HTTPS, with nothing to configure and no certificates to manage.
