How to deploy apps with Claude using MCP
Deploy an app, set its environment variables, inspect its health and usage, or permanently delete it after separate confirmation.
1.What MCP gives you
Zenith runs a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, so an AI agent can search and compare the catalogue, deploy an app after price approval, set its environment variables, inspect its live health and usage, or permanently delete it after separate confirmation. Catalogue search and comparison work anonymously; account actions require a connection.
2.Add the Zenith MCP endpoint
In your MCP client โ Claude, Cursor, and others โ add the Zenith server at https://zenith.hosting/mcp. Setup steps for each client are at https://zenith.hosting/connect.
3.Approve the connection
The first time your agent uses an account action, you approve a one-click connection so it can act for you. The grant is revocable โ you can disconnect any agent from your account at any time.
4.Ask your agent to deploy
Name the app you want โ for example, "deploy Ghost". The agent previews the monthly cost, asks for your approval, then deploys that app and reports its URL. Nothing is charged without confirmation.
5.Inspect a deployment
Ask about one of your deployments to check its live status, HTTPS reachability, custom domain, IP restrictions, storage and summarized CPU and memory usage. Inspection never returns credentials or secret values.
6.Finish the app setup
Ask the agent to read or set the deployment's environment variables. Changes restart the app by default so they take effect immediately. Write-only secrets stay hidden, but generated credentials may be returned. If your account protects environment access, Zenith asks for an authenticator or backup code before reading or saving changes.
7.Ask your agent to delete a deployment
Name the existing deployment you want to remove. The agent previews the exact deployment and warns that deletion permanently removes its data and cancels its monthly subscription. It deletes only after you confirm that separate action.
