How to run Twenty CRM for your business without setting up a server
You can run Twenty on Zenith without touching a server. Pick Twenty, pay $20 a month, choose an address, and your CRM is live in about two minutes.
1.Open the Twenty page
Go to the Twenty page in the catalogue. The price is shown before you pay: $20 a month.
2.Click Deploy and pay
Click Deploy and pay by card. Apple Pay and Google Pay also work where your device supports them. You can pay before you have an account. Your monthly subscription starts when the payment goes through.
3.Choose your address
After payment you are signed in to a new account. Add your name, username and email, then choose the Zenith web address your CRM will live at. There are no servers or settings to manage for it.
4.Wait about two minutes
Most apps are live in about two minutes. A status screen shows progress and turns into an Open Twenty button when the CRM is ready. If it says Twenty is still finishing its first start, give it another minute.
5.Open Twenty and add your team
Click Open Twenty and sign up when it asks. Invite your team from inside Twenty. Want your own address, like crm.yourcompany.com? Follow the add-your-own-domain guide.
6.Who it suits
Small teams that want their own CRM with a sales pipeline, custom fields, workflows and roles, at one price for the whole team. The price is per app, not per person.
7.What you still manage yourself
You run the CRM itself: who has access, your contacts and deals, and importing existing data. Zenith looks after the server, the secure address and app updates. When a new version of Twenty is added to the Zenith catalogue, Zenith rolls it out to your app. Keep your own copy of anything important.
